Moreno's are some of the very first producers we met and whose coffee we roasted. This year, we have a real treat from Mario Moreno. This Pacas variety is extremely yummy, with notes of cherry, pecan, caramel, and pear cider. It brews a round, silky cup with sugary sweetness and berry-like acidity.
